We hand make all of our premium, fresh curry pastes every week at our restaurant, Farang. All our pastes are chilled and are shipped with ice packs. The reason we don't pasteurise our pastes is that the process changes the flavour profile and causes discolouration. We want the paste to arrive with you in exactly the same state it left our mortar and pestle in our kitchen.

Our Yellow (Gaeng Gari) curry paste is sweet, savoury and aromatic. Packed full of roasted spices, this paste lends itself perfectly towards chicken, beef and vegetables to make a rich, fresh, indulgent curry with a mild heat.

This triple pack is perfect if you’re hosting a dinner party, cooking in batches or feeding the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

(Allergens bold/italic/underlined) Dry red chilli, Thai shallot, peeled garlic, young lemongrass, young galangal, coriander root, red turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mace, white peppercorns, fennel seeds, salt, fish sauce, palm sugar

DIRECTIONS

Please note that these directions are for a single 100g pack. For multiple packs, multiply the ingredients weights by the number of 100g packs you are using. For example, if you’re cooking for 6 people, use 3 packs and multiply the ingredients weights by 3, (so 300g meat/fish becomes 900g meat fish etc).

Serves 2

Heat and stir the paste in a saucepan for 2 minutes in hot oil. Add 300g meat/fish, 300g of vegetables and 400ml of coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
