Sebby Holmes, our head chef and recipe creator, has spent over nine years perfecting his craft at Farang London, earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand. His approach isn't about recreating traditional Thai dishes - it’s about understanding the soul of Thai cooking and applying those techniques to the best seasonal British ingredients. Every recipe has been developed, tested, and refined in Farang's kitchen.
