Our Delivery & Return Policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We send all our orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery. If you order before 4pm on a working day where we are open, your items will be delivered to you on the next working day (Saturday deliveries are included). Sometimes we are not open on particular days, this information will be displayed clearly in the banner on the home page of the site. The next delivery day will also be displayed clearly in the banner. If you order on days where we are not open, we will send your order on the next day we open. If you are not going to be home on your delivery day, during the 4 hour delivery window supplied by Royal Mail, you will need to specify a ‘Safe Place’ for delivery in the tracking link you receive. Failure to do this may cause a missed delivery. If you are ordering chilled goods, all our packaging and ice gel packs keep the products cool for at least 72 hours. Sometimes there are delays to the Royal Mail next day delivery, however, all chilled products will be absolutely fine if delivered a day later. Should the products be delayed for more than 3 days, please get in touch with us with your tracking information and order number and we will organise a re-send or a refund depending on your preference.
Any orders made between holiday period 22nd DEC 2025 and Jan 4th 2026 that need to be returned or replaced will be done no later than Jan 9th 2026.
REFUND POLICY
If your chilled products are delayed by more than 3 days, or any of your products arrive damaged or compromised in any way, we will be more than happy to refund you in full, or re-send your order, depending on your preference. Please contact us with your tracking number and order number on info@payst.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
PACKAGING POLICY
We try and use as much recyclable packaging as we possibly can. All boxes and paper void fill are fully recyclable along with our paper tape. All our gel packs are biodegradable and all bubble wrap is compostable. We are trying to be as green as we can and are very open to suggestions of how we could improve what we are doing.
