I have to say, I wasn't holding out much hope… I was sure it would be reasonable… But in all honesty, it was outstanding in every way! The red and the green curry pastes are totally different from each other, whenever I bought them before elsewhere, other than the evident colour difference they've tasted pretty similar… However these are completely different. I still can't quite get over the fact that within 20 minutes, you have a premium, authentic tasting Thai curry... it's unreal! I had mine with tiger prawns and jasmine rice, the vegetables I chose were snow peas and young asparagus, cut into thirds. It's this simple: Put your rice on to cook Fry off the paste for a minute in oil. Add the prawns. Add the vegetables. Add a full tin of coconut milk. Make sure it's all hot. Outstanding home-made Thai curry. There are other recipes with more complex ways to use the paste… But I'm lazy and busy and this is just perfect. I was fully expecting to have to add additional fish sauce or palm sugar or some other balancing ingredient… But I added literally nothing it was flawless. I will be stocking up and other flavours! Thank you so much… All I will say is please, please, please, make a paste for laksa... everybody loves laksa!!

This is just the best ! I’ve had authentic Green Thai whilst travelling and back home have always tried to replicate it by making my own pastes However it’s never the same because it’s so difficult to balance the many ingredients This is the true authentic answer and so good I’ve ordered more It’s just beautifully sweet punchy and spicy Never buy a supermarket jar again it’s just not even worth the saving Spend a fiver and buy this please!
