I sourced this brand as I am looking for natural clean alternatives to ultra processed foods. I want to avoid additives, emulsifiers, preservatives and modified ingredients. I purchased the sweet chilli which has only natural ingredients and it tastes amazing! As a brand you claim ‘We don't add any preservatives or artificial nonsense into our pastes and sauces’ However I am disappointed to see that the cooking pastes contain xanthan gum, one of the E additives used in ultra processed food. Although said to be safe by the food industry, this is just one of many additives used by the food industry damaging our gut microbiota and leading to an array of inflammatory conditions. This additive has been proven to have a profound impact on the development of our immune system of which the long term effects are not yet fully understood. Go all natural and remove rapeseed oil and xanthan gum from your produce and yes this would be my go to brand in the future!

Great sweet chilli - not sickly sweet and the perfect amount of chilli heat. Another great Payst sauce and will definitely buy again.

After seeing you on James Martin, your food looked delicious , after seeing the chefs taste your dips I decided to order some and I wasn’t disappointed. Very good 😊

Taste is great but I ordered 4 bottles and 2 of the 4 weren’t sealed properly with excess sauce all over the cap and neck of the bottle under the vacuum seal.

Best sweet chilli sauce I've tasted

Have got plenty of ideas from the cook book. Cooked up a yellow vegetable curry using the yellow payer base. Saving the sauces for when I cook up the chicken wings. Highly recommend, great tasting, speedy delivery, shame we live so far away from the restaurant.
