The same Payst quality recipe and bold Thai flavour you love, now in a jar that lives happily in the cupboard. Ideal for quick curries, noodles, soups and marinades when you want big flavour without the extra hassle.
A common misconception is that green curry is mild, however traditionally this isn’t so. In our green curry paste we use a mixture of the intense green birdseye chilli and long green chillies, this gives the paste it’s vibrant green colour and authentic kick.
INGREDIENTS
(Allergens bold/italic/underlined) Fish Sauce (Anchovy (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Brown Sugar, Green Birdseye Chilli, Galangal, Green Chilli, Ginger, White Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Mace, Salt, Turmeric, Lime Juice, Anchovy Paste (Anchovy (Fish), Salt, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar), Lime Zest
DIRECTIONS
Serves 2
Heat and stir the whole 100g jar of paste in a saucepan for 2 minutes in hot oil. Add 300g meat/fish, 300g of vegetables and 400ml of coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
